Why do I have to respond to other OJEU's when I am on a Buying Solutions framework?

It is not compulsory for public sector organisations to use Buying Solutions framework agreements. If you see an OJEU opportunity that could be covered through the scope of your framework we would advise you to contact the customer to advise on the benefits of using your Buying Solutions framework agreement instead.

Can I have your mailing list?

Buying Solutions has agreed to share customer contact data with suppliers, where we have customer permission to do so.

Can I add more items to my contract?

This may be possible depending on the nature of your current contract and the type of additions you wish to make. Your Category Manager will be available to advise you if this is possible and the correct process to follow.
