Buying Solutions makes its framework agreements available to a wide range of organisations. These include UK central government departments, executive agencies, non departmental public bodies, local authorities, NHS trusts, schools and colleges, registered charities and utilities.
Because the organisations that fall within these categories are constantly changing it is difficult to give an entirely accurate list of all potential users. However, in order to give as full an indication as possible, we have compiled a list of web sites (below) which provide lists of potential users of our framework agreements.

- Third Sector Organisations whose activities involve the delivery of public services*
There may be occasions where a particular organisation doesn't fit within any of these categories but still satisfies the definition of 'contracting authority' as provided by Regulation 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2006. In this case it is understood that the organisation is permitted to access the framework agreement. Entitlement to use the framework agreement commences from the date provided for in individual framework agreement.
*The issue whether organisations holding charitable status are eligible to access Buying Solutions products and services are currently under review due to recent changes to our Trading Fund Order.
