Sustainability Policy Statement for Whitehall Systems
The Whitehall Systems are a district heating system and an emergency standby power system, both of which are based in Whitehall, London. The Whitehall Systems are owned by Buying Solutions, an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury whose primary role is to maximise the value for money obtained by government departments and other public bodies through a dedicated, professional procurement service.
The Whitehall Systems are managed, operated and maintained for Buying Solutions by COFELY LTD. in accordance with this policy.
Buying Solutions, in consultation with COFELY, set the Sustainability Policy for the Whitehall Systems. This Sustainability Policy is supported by the Buying Solutions' Board.
