Minerva - Managed Vulnerability Monitoring Service
Our Minerva service provides daily monitoring of changes to networks and applications and carries out vulnerability scanning of these. As a managed service this is carried out on behalf of the client with reporting of vulnerabilities provided on an exception basis.
Load Testing & Website Performance Monitoring
Web-sites are load tested. This is customer-driven using our own infrastructure and testing tools.
We provide a web-site performance monitoring service whereby customers’ web-sites are tested every minute to provide assurance that they are performing to required service levels. These tests emulate the “customer journey in that they test all elements of the web-site’s functionality.
Real-time reporting is available either through our portal or on a managed exception notification service.
