Investigation and Forensics
Our dedicated Investigation and Forensics group specialise in the more challenging and difficult technical areas of computer investigations and digital evidence.
Our consultants have many years of experience in a wide range of technologies and investigations particularly in the area of incident investigation and response.
Investigations can be carried out in order to establish the origin and reason for incidents and this can be in the context: of improving the organisation’s security posture; investigation and disciplinary matters; or investigations which can potentially lead to prosecution. In the latter case, strict methodologies are followed in order that evidence gathered is admissible under UK legal procedures.
Software Verification
We specialise in the detailed analysis and verification of software products in the context of intellectual property protection.
Our verification service can assess the veracity of source code and the owner’s ability to build working systems from that source code. In addition, matters of Intellectual Property rights can be assessed.
Expert Witness
Our consultants are experienced in the role of acting as “Expert Witness” in the case of legal action.
