Communication to Orange and T-Mobile Customers on Buying Solutions’ Mobile Solutions (ll) Framework Agreement.
From 1st July 2010 Orange and T-Mobile entered into a joint venture and formed Everything Everywhere.
This notice is to explain what impact this has on you as a customer of the Mobile Solutions (ll) Framework Agreement.
For T-Mobile Customers:
There is no change. T-Mobile has simply changed its name to Everything Everywhere. All company documentation, including items such as invoices, will arrive in the name of Everything Everywhere Limited. Please ensure that your records are updated accordingly to take account for this change.
For Orange Customers:
Orange Personal Communication Services Limited will remain as the contracting party to the Mobile Solutions (ll) framework agreement and assign the benefit to Everything Everywhere.
Buying Solutions has undertaken due diligence to ensure that the assigning of benefits from Orange to Everything Everywhere will not have a detrimental impact on the Framework Agreement or individual Customer contracts. As a result Buying Solutions has approved Orange to assign the benefits of the Mobile Solutions (ll) Framework Agreement.
For your Contract you have a right not to agree the benefits being assigned to Everything Everywhere. Orange will be contacting you shortly to request your approval, which is ultimately your decision.
You may wish to rely on the steps undertaken by Buying Solutions in your approval decision. You should note that by accepting and paying invoices from Everything Everywhere it might be deemed that you have accepted the assignment.
