The BT Accumulate scheme complements BT Premier Value by providing public sector organisations with access to the highest possible discount of 15% on voice line rentals. The discount is available in addition to any ISDN long term contract discounts you may already receive.

By aggregating public sector demand, Buying Solutions has been able to enter into a commitment with BT that provides a 34% discount on BT Netstream based products. Netstream Corporate offers a much higher rate of discount than achievable through independent procurement initiatives.
