Our postal services framework agreements provide access to a number of suppliers offering an extensive range of mail services.
Following the opening of the postal services market, Buying Solutions worked in close collaboration with OGC, Department for Work & Pensions, HM Revenue & Customs and other government departments to develop a series of framework agreements to aggregate public sector demand and enable organisations to call off a range of requirements quickly and cost effectively.
The framework agreements are compliant with EU procurement directives, allowing customers to bypass the time and costs involved in conducting a full procurement exercise themselves.
The postal services offering encompasses a multi-source option which gives customers extensive choice and the facility to run a mini competition, dependent upon their requirements.
The Postal Services team will also provide information and guidance on:
