Clerical and Administrative
The Clerical and Administrative framework agreement previously hosted by the Home Office and supported by OGC has been transferred to Buying Solutions’ Professional Services category team with effect of 1 July 2009.
This framework agreement is available to all public sector customers and has already successfully engaged 54 customers since its conception in June 2007.

- Clerical/Administrative Assistant

- Executive Officer (Junior Office Manager)
- Higher Executive Officer (Middle Office Manager)
- Senior Executive Officer (Senior Office Manager)
- Secretary
- Senior Secretary
- Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant
- Support Worker (e.g. Receptionist/Messenger/Telephonist)
- Data Processor
- Audio Typist
- Call Centre Operator

TARDIS: The OGC Professional Services team has developed a Temp Agency Rate Discount Indicator System that allows customers to compare prices and discounts from the various suppliers, benchmark the savings against previous arrangements, and use an invoice estimator to facilitate bill validation.
