Signage Solutions
This framework agreement is for the supply and installation of signage including both stock and bespoke.
The types of signage solutions covered within this framework agreement are:
- Stock signage covers commonly used signage e.g. health and safety signs available via a coded, catalogue format.
- Bespoke covers individual project requirements from a single sign to a major wayfinding project incorporating design, manufacture, project management and installation
In order to price both stock and bespoke signage, two pricing options are available within this agreement
Option 1 – Apply the terms of the framework
This call off option would apply in most circumstances where there is a simple requirement.
Option 2 – Hold a mini competition
This is particularly relevant to bespoke signage as the nature of individual customer requirements can vary significantly. By re-opening the competition to enable the framework suppliers to respond to a client specification, this ensures consistency, clarity and an opportunity to obtain a fair and competitive cost for that particular set of requirements.
