UK Construction Act introduces changes to NEC3 model contracts.
The guidance from NEC makes it clear that amendments only relate to contracts which are governed by the specific Construction Acts. They also point out that they only apply to contracts entered into on or after 1 October. Accordingly, this guidance should be considered for any such contracts entered into under the Project Management & Full Design Team Services Framework (RM457) or Facilities Management Framework (RM708).
