Our Environmental Consultancy contracts provide access to advice, guidance and practical support across a wide range of environmental specialisms - including EMS, waste management, pollution assessments, ecological surveys, environmental audits, and geo-technical analysis. Environmental technologies, legislation and regulation are rapidly evolving and our contracts offer choice and flexibility to deal with these complex issues.
Supporting water efficiency, our Water Conservation and Management framework agreements can provide advice and surveys, water saving equipment & installation, bill validation, tariff optimisation, leak investigation and monthly reporting. We also have related contracts for water hygiene and water treatment.
Our FM and Property Management framework agreements bring together a range of services designed to assist with the day to day management of property estates, either as a managing agent or as a direct provider. These can range from a full scope service, to bundling of required services, through to single service provision. In all cases, sustainability will form an important element of service delivery.
Our Furniture framework agreement offers a diverse range of products including desks, chairs, storage, as well as bespoke solutions. Of particular importance is re-assurance that timber products come from legal, sustainable and auditable sources. All our furniture suppliers are certified against one of the approved certification schemes, such as the FSC. Great emphasis is also put on effective re-use and recycling of redundant furniture, and safe disposal where this is not possible.
