Furniture recycling wins environmental award
Saying that they have progressed more than any other company may sound like a big claim, but Senator have the proof to back it up. At one of their two purpose-built recycling centres they have managed to successfully streamline the recycling of all of our internal packaging and that of their customers and at the second centre they have introduced a furniture recycle facility.
By furniture recycle we mean, Senator will accept back any unwanted furniture on a ‘new for old' basis, break it down into its basic components and segregate it into one of our 32 waste streams. Their efforts in the area are not going unnoticed and they have recently been awarded with the 2008 North West Business Environmental Award for ALL industries.
