The Travel offerings available, which provide customers with both choice and competition, are:
1. Individual Travel Lots for:

- Conference Facilities
These framework agreements became effective on 1 June 2006 and are open for use for four years.
Replacement framework agreements are due to commence on 30 April 2010.
2. Travel Management Services (one-stop-shop)
Travel Management Services provide customers with the opportunity to source all their business travel requirements through a single supplier. It covers::
- Rail
- Air
- Ferry
- Hotel Accommodation
- Airport Parking
- VIP Services Desk
- Meeting & Conference Services
- Taxis
- Other Services (serviced accommodation, coach/bus tickets, Oyster cards, coach hire)
This framework agreement became effective on 2 March 2009 and is open for use for four years.
The decision to use a framework agreement as the contracting vehicle provides customers with the opportunity to personalise their call off contract in a way that best suits their organisation's business travel needs.

The Travel Services framework agreements reduce the time and costs associated with the procurement of services offered by a pre-tendered, fully EU-compliant call off facility. They are open for use by all UK public sector organisations and are one of the key initiatives which support the drive towards achieving the government efficiency targets on collaborative working.
