Redfern launch integrated booking system

Redfern Travel has launched an integrated booking system, called Trips, which permits accommodation and travel booking on the same page.

Destination searches within the UK will prompt a rail search as well as air options without a separate request being made. Travel requests which are not same day itineraries will prompt an automatic search for hotel options. A package price is then produced in a check-out style.

The package also offers video conferencing search options and expense management, and a live chat facility can connect the booker to a Redfern staff member.
