We have a range of framework agreements that enable you to draw together all elements of fleet management such as administration, service maintenance and repair, accident management, fuel card administration, vehicle acquisition and disposal through a single source.
The fleet management services framework agreement offers a choice of:
- General Fleet Management Services for a broad ranging fleet management service through a single source. It is ideal if you do not want to write your own specification and you have a requirement for vehicle sourcing and management.
- Fleet Management Services for Customers with Enhanced Security Requirements provides all of the benefits of the above, with the additional provision of contract hire from the same provider. It is available to organisations that have higher security requirements for all or part of their fleet operation.
The vehicle lease framework agreement also offers an alternative fleet management solution through lot 8:
- Lot 8 Fleet outsource solution offers the total management and sourcing of fleets. Vehicles can be sourced and managed from a panel of providers across a wide range of vehicles including motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles, buses and coaches. It also enables the management of vehicle allocation and utilisation across a blended fleet of owned, leased and hired vehicles. This may include the application of telematic technologies and other vehicle management systems. This option is ideal if you require a tailored specification, flexible cost model (including financial incentives) and vehicle allocation management to meet your individual needs.
