Vehicle Lease
This framework agreement forms an integral part of many fleet procurement policies, giving access to a wide range of vehicles needed to deliver essential day to day public services. Competitive rates are available across eight lots:
- Lots 1-6 cover the lease of cars, buses, coaches, motorcycles and a wide range of commercial vehicles, including heavy goods vehicles.
- Lot 7 provides a solution for the supply and management of leased passenger and commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes, including the management of employee private user schemes (normally associated with salary sacrifice).
- Lot 8 provides a solution for the sourcing and management of a fleet consisting of owned, leased and hired vehicles, including employee private user schemes (normally associated with salary sacrifice).

Our vehicle purchase framework agreement provides the prices for vehicles bought by lease suppliers and supplied under this framework agreement. So regardless of whether you decide on a vehicle lease or purchase solution you will get the best capital cost of the vehicle and total transparency.

- Lot 1: Passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (not requiring conversion)
- Lot 2: Passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes requiring conversion. Also includes commercial vehicles above 3.5 tonnes and below 7.5 tonnes which may or may not require conversion.
- Lot 3: Commercial vehicles 7.5 tonnes and above including trailers with the option to provide municipal vehicles.
- Lot 4: Commercial vehicles 7.5 tonnes and above from a single manufacturer
- Lot 5: Buses and coaches (excludes mini buses)
- Lot 6: Motorcycles with the option to supply quad bikes
- Lot 7: Single source supply of leased passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes with the option to provide fleet management services.
- Lot 8: Fleet outsource solution for the total management and sourcing of an outsourced vehicle fleet for all passenger and commercial vehicles
