Vehicle Purchase
This framework agreement forms an integral part of many fleet procurement policies, giving access to a wide range of vehicles needed to deliver essential day to day public services.
Competitive rates are available across five lots:
- Lot 1: Cars including 4x4s
- Lot 2: Light-medium commercial vehicles less than 7.5 tonnes, including mini buses
- Lot 3: Commercial vehicles above 7.5 tonnes
- Lot 4: Motorbikes and scooters
- Lot 5: Buses and coaches

The framework agreement can be used in a number of ways to meet your needs:
- To purchase your own vehicles
- In conjunction with our vehicle lease or fleet management services framework agreements
- In conjunction with your own leasing or fleet management contract
The framework agreement provides the purchase prices for vehicles used in the vehicle lease framework agreement. So regardless of whether you decide on a vehicle lease or purchase solution you will get the best capital cost of the vehicle and total transparency.
To purchase vehicles you can take part in one of our quarterly eAuctions, run a Further Competition (where appropriate) or make a direct award.

An eAuction is ideal if you have vehicle requirements that can meet a standardised specification as you can make greater savings by aggregating your requirements with other organisations.

Our new fleet portal is now live enabling you to obtain online quotes for lot 1 cars and 4x4s and lot 2 light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
