How to use this Framework
In order to purchase Certified Emissions Reduction (CER) credits under the GCOF (II) framework agreement, you will need to follow these three easy steps:
Step One
Download and read the DECC ‘A guide to carbon offsetting for the public sector' guidance and joint DECC-Government Procurement Service Carbon Offsetting Facility (GCOF) practitioner’s guide documents, from our GCOF Home Page.
Step Two
Complete the Ready Reckoner and email the completed spreadsheet to gcof@buyingsolutions.gsi.gov.uk
Step Three
Complete and submit the online eAuction Confirmation Questionnaire
