Through a framework agreement with TEAM, Buying Solutions is able to offer customers access to an Energy Bureau Service providing a comprehensive range of energy management services for electricity, gas, oil and water - essential to controlling costs.
These services include:
- Site by site surveys to accurately establish efficiency levels and how much energy is being used
- Bill validation to identify incorrect bills, eradicate errors and recover money where over-charging has occurred
- eBilling to produce efficiency savings by eliminating errors in the manual keying of billing information and cutting administrative costs by greatly reducing the use of paper-based systems avoiding often hugely expensive dispute resolution
- Monitoring and targeting programmes to identify specific actions that can be taken to reduce consumption
- Energy and Carbon Saving Compliance increases the potential for reducing administration costs to a minimum. Typically, sites are able to reduce their energy usage by between 5-25% with little or no capital expenditure, simply by scrutinising their bills, understanding in detail how they use their energy and identifying areas where savings can be made by adopting some common sense measures.
