Why should I use the Spend Analysis framework agreement?
Our Spend Analysis framework agreement offers the following benefits:
- Suppliers have been selected following a rigorous OJEU tender and evaluation process. This negates the need for you to conduct your own lengthy and complex procurement exercise to contract a Spend Analysis service
- The service is updated to comply with changes in EU procurement directives, public sector procurement policy and best practice
- The service was developed following an extensive market review to provide market leading solutions specifically for the public sector
Is there a charge for use of the Spend Analysis service?
Customers do not pay us to use the Spend Analysis service. However, we do recover a management charge from the service providers.
How much does the Spend Analysis service cost?
Pricing is pre-defined by the framework agreement. The prices applicable to a specific customer are calculated using the pricing model and are based on your requirements.
Prices will vary according to:
- The services elements ordered;
- The additional services required;
- The number of user licenses required.
How does the Spend Analysis service fit with eProcurement solutions?
The Spend Analysis service is part of a wider strategy to provide an electronic Procurement toolkit - the eProcurement solution - for public sector procurement teams.
The electronic procurement toolkit includes Electronic Sourcing (eSourcing) and Electronic Auctions (eAuctions)
Spend Analysis is complimentary to these services and enables data gathered during the procurement process to be analysed.
