IT managed services
The Managed Desktop framework agreement expired on 1 October 2009.
The services previously available under the Managed Desktop framework agreement will be available via two replacement framework agreements from early 2010:
- Desktop Services (project name Desktop21) for desktop services with estates of 1500 desktops and above

- Disaster recovery services
- Server hosting
- Outsourcing
- Data centre provision
- Remote access
- On and offsite helpdesk services
- Service desk facilities
- Asset management services
The above can be delivered as stand alone service offerings through to fully outsourced IT services provision.
