Buying Solutions - The National Procurement Partner for UK Public Services

The Mobile Solutions framework is divided into several lots. This particular lot concerns bespoke mobile solutions.

It is intended to assist those customers who have needs not specifically addressed by the offering in lots 1 and 2. It includes those customers seeking solutions to complex and bespoke requirements, managed services and converged solutions (where mobile networks are the predominate means of delivery).

Suppliers are expected to analyse current working practices, identify solutions and to provide project management, implementation, user training, maintenance and support as required.

All procurements under lot 3 should be conducted using the further competition ordering procedure.
