This framework agreement brings together project management, design and a number of ancillary technical services designed primarily to assist clients in delivering a wide range of property related projects. The service package can be used as a comprehensive "one-stop-shop" consultancy solution or as a schedule of specialist elements which can be purchased in isolation or any bespoke combination according to client need.

It provides clients with access to a full Project Management & Design team service to progress clients through the RIBA "Plan of Work; Multi-Disciplinary Services" Work Stages A - L1 and the Gateway review process when delivering new build schemes, regeneration and major programmes of work.
