Framework Agreement Description
This framework agreement offers advice and guidance on the design, build, test and development of ICT applications to deliver the customer’s ICT strategies and projects.
Both bespoke and customised commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications are catered for.
It can also include such aspects as:
- Design of stand-alone applications or middleware to ensure effective systems integration
- Advice on application design management
- Support with the implementation and integration of the application
- Ongoing maintenance and support
