Framework Agreement Description
This framework agreement offers advice and guidance on the design, optimisation and implementation of new and existing ICT systems.
The service providers will use their expertise to propose a solution that best meets a customer's requirement in terms of compatibility and performance.
It will also cover:

- Authentication
- Service orientated architecture
- Network and telecommunications consultancy
- Secure network design and implementation
- Disaster recovery and business continuity services
- Development and production of all relevant documentation
- Provision of support during systems integration
