NHS framework agreement
The new national telecoms framework agreement for the supply of telecoms covers voice expenditure and line rental within the NHS in England. This means the line rental charges associated with the physical telephone lines connected to each trust, as well as the supporting tariffs for local, national, international, mobile and 08XX calls made across those lines.

- receive quarterly rate reviews to ensure rates are in line with market benchmarks.
