The framework agreement covers the provision of study and qualification in Masters in Business Administration (MBA) & Masters in Public Administration (MPA) Qualifications. It is a key area across the public sector supporting performance against the Skills Strategy for Government and mapped against the Professional Skills for Government competency framework. 

Learners will be provided with increased knowledge of Business Administration or Public Administration and will be in a position to be able to use their improved knowledge and skills to support business objectives, business improvement and personal development.

Learners shall be assessed to test their levels of understanding to comply with any national requirements for the achievement of Masters level qualification.
