Wider Public Sector Print Services Framework Agreement RM1687
The Print Services framework agreement (PPRO 004/049/004) has now expired. We are awarding a new Wider Public Sector Print Services framework agreement (RM1687) on 1 May 2012. The new framework agreement will comprise of two lots. Further customer guidance notes are available here.
Lot 1 - Managed Printing and eCommunications Services
This lot will be awarded to four suppliers. The scope is for a fully managed end-to-end print service. You can order your total organisations print requirements or order on a project basis. This lot will include the sourcing of all raw materials including paper, postage and suppliers will be managing these to drive costs efficiencies. Product set examples include: security printing, direct mail, council tax billing, democratic printing services, envelopes and logistics operations.
Lot 2 - Operational Print Services
This lot will be awarded to six suppliers. The scope is for the production of all general, office and marketing print, from low to high volume production runs in multipage paginations. Product set examples include: brochures, posters, booklets, leaflets, business cards, business stationery, NCR sets, forms and reports.
