Clerical and Administrative
This service provides a wide range of temporary clerical and administrative staff. It was previously hosted by the Home Office and has been transferred to Buying Solutions with effect from 1 July 2009.
It is subdivided as follows:

- Temporary clerical and administrative staff under a master vendor arrangement whereby all temporary staff are provided to the client via a single service provider

- Executive officer (junior office manager)
- Higher executive officer (middle office manager)
- Senior executive officer (senior office manager)

- Senior secretary
- Executive secretary / personal assistant
- Support worker (eg receptionist / messenger / telephonist)
- Data processor
- Audio typist
- Call centre operator
