This service provides a wide range of temporary clerical and administrative staff. It was previously hosted by the Home Office and has been transferred to Buying Solutions with effect from 1 July 2009.

It is subdivided as follows:

  • Senior secretary
  • Executive secretary / personal assistant
  • Support worker (eg receptionist / messenger / telephonist)
  • Data processor
  • Audio typist
  • Call centre operator
