Through this broad framework agreement you can hire temporary staff, interims and contractors in any white collar or blue collar role throughout the public sector, from the most junior to the most senior, including board level roles. You can also recruit staff for fixed-term employment.

The companies you hire from are called employment businesses and the companies who introduce staff for employment by you are called employment agencies. Please ensure you refer to the information appropriately for the suppliers operating as an Agency or a Business (NB some suppliers operate as both)

The 2010/11 pay rates were implemented from 1 April 2010 for all suppliers. Pay point A will be reviewed later when the National Minimum wage is announced for 1 October.

It is a customer choice as to what paypoint is appropriate and all suppliers pay the same rates based upon the matrix.
